Drama Actingforlife is a non-profit organization registered in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland under no 13476378, with the following contact details: email addresscontact@drama-actingforlife.com, which processes the personal data you provide us.

 

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual ("Data Subject"); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification element such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more elements his physical characteristics.

 

Processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, with or without the use of automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adjustment or modification, extraction, consultation , use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction.

 

Access to the candidate's personal data is limited only to those in charge of registering candidates in the competition, this information being necessary for professional purposes, with the explicit consent of the candidate, is processed only within the Drama Actingforlife Association.

 

We only process the personal data that you give us voluntarily, by completing the contest form for registering in one of the contests organized by Drama Actingforlife, and when the data that would be processed will concern minors, we will ask for your consent in advance parents or their legal representatives, according to Article 8 paragraph (1).

 

This privacy policy is intended to present the means by which Drama Actingforlife Association uses your personal data and to explain your rights under REGULATION (EU) 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter "RGPD") and the national legislation on the protection and security of personal data in force.

What categories of information we collect about you:

-        Identification and first name (d)

What is the purpose of processing personal data?

-        Realizing questions and e-mails/newsletters competition)

-        allows promoting our activities. This promotion means media content - audio, photo, video - published (sometimes even live) on the Internet, mainly social media pages Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc. Thus, a distinct category of data is represented by images, films, audio-video recordings, in which the main "actors" are both us and you, the participants in our projects or the partners who help us bring our ideas and hopes to life . Although art. 9 para. (2) of Law 190/2018 allows us to carry out such processing without the consent of the participants, you will always be informed when such data processing may become public or take place live, thus having the opportunity to express your consent before publication of such data. And when the data that would be published through social media will also target minors, we will ask for the prior consent of the parents or their legal representatives, according to art. 8 paragraph (1).

-        Challenge. To inform us about the interested categories, about the reaction and response of the participants and their parents/legal guardians in order to know/learn what is needed in the future for our association and the children and adolescents to whom we dedicate our activity.

 

How do we ensure the security of the data you provide us?

We have strict rules that we follow to ensure that only authorized people have access to our computer systems, that only people who have the right to use them strictly for professional purposes, with the explicit consent of the candidate, can use them.

 

How long do we keep your personal data?

Your personal data will be kept during registrations for contests and their performance; you can request the deletion of certain information or all information at any time.

 

Transfer of personal data

The association does not transfer personal data.

The information collected about you is kept in electronic form, access being allowed only to authorized personnel.

 

What are the rights regarding the data we hold about you?

According to EU Regulation 679/2016

-       Right to be informed;

-        Corrected; You have the right to be able to rectify the data if you notice inaccuracies in your personal data that we process, if the reasons provided by art. 17 a. (1) of the GDPR or even their total deletion.

-        Delete the right guaranteed by the right. that you can request the rectification of inaccurate personal data that we hold about you, if the reasons provided by art. 17 para. (1) of the GDPR or even their total deletion.

Right to withdraw or object to processing. At any time, you can express your opposition to the processing that we carry out in our legitimate interest to fulfill the objectives of the Association, either by sending a request to this effect or through our IT systems - for example, through the unsubscribe systems from our information messages on certain topics. When the processing is based on your prior consent, you can withdraw this consent, but without its withdrawal affecting the legality of the processing up to that point, of the data for which you have given your consent.

-       right to restrict data processing. You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data that we process, in the cases established by law.

-        Right to access data You have the right to obtain access to your or your children's data that we process; you also have the right to obtain from us information about the nature, processing and disclosure of this data;

-        The right to file a complaint. You can file a complaint with the competent National Authority for Supervision and Protection of Personal Data if your rights are violated or personal data has been processed illegally.
